Each summer Upward Bound hosts a six-week residential summer experience on Michigan Tech's campus that immerses students in a supportive, engaging college environment where they build confidence, develop independence, and prepare for academic success.
Resident Assistants/Overnight Assistants (RA/OAs) play a critical role in creating a safe, inclusive, and structured residential community. RA/OAs serve as mentors, leaders, and positive role models—supporting students in the residence halls, assisting with orientation activities, promoting community standards, and helping students navigate college life both inside and outside the classroom.
We are seeking full-time RA/OAs for the six-week summer session. If you are responsible, dependable, and passionate about supporting student growth and success, we encourage you to apply.
