To report any issues or concerns with a vending machine on campus, please contact Rachelle Gariepy.
If you need to report a refund request for a credit card vending purchase, please
visit cmsvend.com. Typically, if a product does not get vended through a credit card purchase, that charge
will clear out from the statements in 24 to 48 hours.
For a vending refund purchased with cash or coin, please see the chart below for refund request locations for immediate reimbursement.
