AVPA/Champions Work:

- Develop the tools (format, templates, checklists, examples, unit-level implementation guide, career readiness competencies) that will guide this work at the unit level.
- Deliver an introductory workshop to launch this initiative with AVPA units, which describes the impact of having student employment learning outcomes, emphasizing the benefits for both students and units. Include a clear timeline with milestones and deadlines.
- Investigate and determine if there could be links between student employment learning outcomes and Essential Education Experiences and share them with the AVPA units.
- Investigate how digital badges could be awarded for providing an outcomes-focused curriculum in the employment setting, and what the parameters and conditions are. Share this information with the AVPA units.
