Political Science

Political science is a discipline of the social sciences that examines political decision- making within the context of government institutions and explicates its attendant social, economic, and environmental consequences. Political science research in the social sciences department focuses on a wide range of political issues, including the origin and evolution of the state, governance within the American political system, international relations, international law, and global governance.
