Founded in 2006 by assistant professor of creative writing and diverse literatures, M. Bartley Seigel, and staffed in part by Michigan Tech students, the critically acclaimed, nonprofit literary arts collective [PANK]—PANK Magazine, Pankmagazine.com, PANK Little Books series, and PANK Invasions readings—fosters access to emerging and experimental poetry and prose, publishing the brightest and most promising writers for the most adventurous readers across a variety of print and digital platforms. Women & Language
Women & Language, an international interdisciplinary research periodical, provides a feminist forum focused on issues of gender, communication, and language. W&L accepts submissions of scholarly articles that make conceptual and research contributions to the study of communication, language, and gender. Essays on current issues in the field as well as book reviews and reviews of digital media are welcome.
Women & Language is published by the Humanities Department at Michigan Technological University and is affiliated with the Organization for the Study of Communication Language and Gender (see www.osclg.org).
