ECE Learning Center

A Place to Study 24/7

Studies have shown that students who use the learning centers at Michigan Tech earn better grades. Even some of the best students might encounter academic problems, but we are here to help. The ECE Learning Center is a resource for all electrical and computer engineering undergraduate students. It is a comfortable learning environment where you can study or be coached by our knowledgeable student staff.

Find a Coach

Student coaches are junior and senior electrical engineering and computer engineering students. They have various skill sets and are ready to help with sophomore-level EE courses, as well as some math, physics, and computer-science topics.

Coach Availability

The ECE Learning Center is open during the summer as a place to study, but there are no coaches.

In Fall and Spring semesters, coaches will usually be present during the following times beginning the 3rd week of classes:

  • 1:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday
  • 6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday
  • 6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Sunday
