Responsibilties

• Manage institute finances by overseeing budgets, payroll, reimbursements, and providing monthly reports
• Plan and execute institute events, programs, and conferences, including the HRI SURF program
• Support faculty with grant pre-award processes such as identifying opportunities, budgeting, and editing proposals
• Coordinate the activities of the director, committees, and advisory bodies, and prepare presentations as needed
• Oversee human resources, space and facilities, and administrative operations while supervising staff
• Collect, analyze, and report institute membership, funding, and research data to support strategic planning
