Chemical Stores Order Form

Chem Stores will be closed June 26-30 for our annual inventory. During this time, we won't be able to conduct transactions except for critical needs, such as liquid nitrogen. Please continue to submit orders as usual, and we'll process them as we’re able.

We appreciate your help in planning ahead to complete your purchases early and pick up your items by June 25.

Please note:  Any order containing any of the following items will require additional review.  Please allow 2 business days to process the approval.

  • 4kg (5 gallons) or greater of any individual chemical
  • 1kg or greater of any acutely toxic chemicals listed on the EPA's table 205a
