Chemical Stores Order Form

NOTICE

University Chemical Stores will be closed from December 24 through January 1. During this closure, our service window will remain closed and we will not be distributing items.

For any products needed in this calendar year, please submit our order requisition form by December 15 to ensure sufficient time for processing & delivery.

Starting December 18, we will hold most orders for processing at our discretion. This is to protect product quality & safety, especially for temperature-sensitive products. We will resume normal ordering on January 5.

If you have any critical needs during this time, please email us as early as possible so we can work out a solution with you.
