APS LABS offers a unique capability for high-voltage, high-power electrical testing that few facilities can match. Our laboratory can safely test systems at up to 850 volts and 500 kW, with switching frequencies up to 20 kHz.
We perform comprehensive testing of electrical components, including sensors, connectors, and power hardware, under a wide range of environmental conditions. Components can be exposed to extreme temperatures from –60°C to +200°C and varying humidity levels, enabling validation for the most demanding applications.
This combination of high voltage, high power, and environmental conditioning allows APS LABS to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety of electric components and systems before deployment.
