The ADVANCE Midwest Partnership- Joining Forces is a cross-institutional effort to promote increased retention and career advancement opportunities for underrepresented women and women with family responsibilities working in STEM. Target audiences for the ADVANCE partnership includes academic leadership, tenured faculty, and under-represented minorities. This program is funded by the National Science Foundation's ADVANCE Partnership program.
