Areas within the HDMZ may be reserved occasionally by instructors and student groups for some classes, events and meetings. An instructor may request a reservation either by emailing hdmz@mtu.edu or creating an appointment on his/her Zimbra calendar for the desired time. Add "hdmz@mtu.edu" as an "attendee." The reservation must be confirmed by HDMZ staff before it is officially in the calendar. Student groups who wish to reserve space should email their request to HDMZ director, Erin Smith at ersmith@mtu.edu
