Room and Board Rates

Rates for housing differ between each of the residence halls and depending on what options you choose, such as meal plan and room type. Below is a list of the room and board rates for each of the living areas, including Summer Track rates for living in Wadsworth Hall. Douglass Houghton Hall, McNair Hall, Wadsworth Hall, and Hillside Place residents pay an additional $15 per semester social fee (summer excluded) that is distributed to the InterResidential Housing Council (IRHC) and building council for student programming.
