Maintenance
Thanks to the efforts of our staff and conscientious residents, the Daniell Heights Apartments are well maintained. Since keeping your apartment in good condition is largely your responsibility, you should let us know about needed repairs as soon as possible. Should we have to enter your apartment for inspections or timely maintenance, we will try to notify you at least twenty four hours in advance. In an emergency, however, we may enter at any time.
There is no charge to residents for maintenance due to ordinary wear, such as heating problems, thin or worn grout between bathtub tiles, toilet running constantly, or sink and/or bathtub faucet dripping. Although there may be charges for damages (even if an accident caused those damages), you should never delay calling the office if there is a problem; waiting may only make the problem worse.
For repairs, you must fill out the online furniture/repair request form. If an emergency repair is needed, you may call Housing and Residential Life at 906-487-2682 during regular business hours. For urgent repairs after regular business hours, please contact an operations assistant at 906-487-DUTY.
