Hillside Place Rates
This building is offered to all upperclass and Graduate students. Each apartment has four, one person, bedrooms. The rates listed below includes a 50 meal/semester block plan.*(Upgrade is available; meal plan not required for graduate students). Rates include internet, cable and cleaning services of the main living area twice per month. The main living area is defined as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.

During the Thanksgiving and spring breaks, you may occupy your room; however, dining halls are closed during these breaks. You do not need to register at the reception desk.
You are also permitted to stay during the winter break between the Fall and Spring semesters.
Please see the Residence Hall Check-In Procedure for the correct time and area to report to on your check-in date.
Damage Charges
The Hillside Place apartments damage charges will not be made against the $100 University Continuing Enrollment Deposit. However, charges for nonpayment of rent due, and the $300 termination fee for not fulfilling of contract will be billed by University Account Department directly to the residents involved. Refund of Continuing Enrollment Deposit will not be withheld due to outstanding housing damage charges.
