Types of Services
Trades services provides expertise in specific areas of building maintenance and operations. The trades staff specialize in carpentry, electrical, and mechanical services and can provide the following services:
- Major carpentry
Provide maintenance (preventative and routine) to walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, doors, windows, locks; installing architectural specialties such as screens, whiteboards, and tackboards. - Construction and renovation services
Coordinating construction of capital projects (renovations, site maintenance, special projects, and ancillary services) as needed - Electrical services
Inspecting, maintaining, repairing, modifying and upgrading building electrical systems including alarm systems and elevators; coordinating electrical capital work including renovations, exterior/interior lighting and site maintenance. - Mechanical services
Plumbing refrigeration, steam fitting, sheet metal fabrication, instrumentation, millwright work, machining, welding and building operations; responding to trouble calls.
