Tasty New Business Venture

Sisters Julie Barbe Sprenger ‘83 and Cally Barbe Furton ’87 have started a new local business: Sister Sister Foods in Laurium.

The duo cook up culinary treats in the kitchen of the Laurium Manor Inn (Sprenger and her husband, Dave, also an alum, are proprietors). The two tell us that they’ve always had a passion for cooking and wanted to share their love of food through culinary experiences.
