On May 19, alumni and friends met at Egypt Valley Country Club for the West Michigan Alumni Chapter annual meeting and spring dinner. Guest speaker President Glenn D. Mroz, spoke on the current state of the University and his vision for its future.

An auction was held for a signed Husky hockey stick won by Michelle Wyn, a signed Husky football won by Mark Twilley ’11, and a Husky mug membership from Schmohz Brewery won by Brian Bueche ’89. Also, the annual fishing raffle winners were drawn with Will Justusson ’75 winning the Anderson Charter trip and Bert Crane winning the Jireh Charter trip. All proceeds from the event go to the West Michigan Scholarship Fund.

If you would like to get involved with the West Michigan Chapter all are welcome attend their regular meeting the third Thursday of each month, 6 p.m. at Schmohz Brewery.
