Summer is here in the Keweenaw. Recently, my family and I sunk our toes in the sand at Great Sand Bay while munching on cream cheese poundcake muffins (my favorite) from the Jampot.

Sun, sand, and clear, cold Lake Superior. Beautiful and breathtaking and one way we are spending our first summer in the north.
