Have you ever considered how your mental health intersects with so many other areas of your life? Maybe you have and you would like to learn more about that intersection and how it affects you, and maybe you haven't but you're curious! In either case, you can join our counselors, student staff, and other university faculty and staff in discussing topics relevant to student well-being, mental health, and student life. Come learn, ask questions, and offer your perspective as a student during each session. We can't wait to see you there!
Husky Hour is a series of scheduled presentations and activities about mental health and well-being topics. Each session will supply you with different skills and information about improving your well-being. Speakers from the MTU community and beyond will lead each session.
