Keweenaw Symphony Orchestra
Beethoven's "Fifth Symphony" launches the holiday season. The Keweenaw Symphony Orchestra continues its 40th anniversary celebration by performing Beethoven's transcendent "Fifth Symphony," whose obsessive four-note motif is the most famous passage in all of music. The concert also features Enescu's gypsy-inspired "Romanian Rhapsody No. 1" and the emotional impressionism of Ravel's "Pavane for a Dead Princess."
