Huskies meet on Caribbean cruise

Frank Townsend, BSCE ’62, was standing in the dinner line on Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas when he recognized a familiar Mich Tech logo. Christopher Nesbitt, BSChE ’05, along with his wife, Melissa, two daughters, Leah (2) and Alicia (8 months), parents and MTU donors, Mark and Deb Nesbitt, and Melissa’s mother and sister, were also awaiting seating. Small world, indeed!

Frank and wife, Marvel, were part of the Panama Canal Museum at the University of Florida cruise group. He is retired and lives in Gainesville, Florida.
Chris and family currently reside in Adrian, Michigan Chris is employed as Quality and HSE Manager at ATS Assembly and Test, Inc., where he has been for the last eight months, after a three-year service to the recycling company Clean Tech, Inc., a division of Plymouth, Michigan-based Plastipak, Inc., as Business Unit Manager and Process Improvement Engineer. In his spare time, Chris writes for Tech Hockey Guide.
