Rates

Rates for housing differ between each of the residence halls and depending on what options you choose, such as meal plan and room type. Below is a list of the room and board rates for each of the living areas. Douglass Houghton Hall, McNair Hall, Wadsworth Hall, and Hillside Place residents pay an additional $15 per semester social fee that is distributed to the InterResidential Housing Council (IRHC) and building council for student programming.

Hillside Place

This building is offered to all upperclass and Graduate students. Each apartment has four, one person, bedrooms. The rates listed below includes a 50 meal/semester block plan.*(Upgrade is available; meal plan not required for graduate students). Rates include internet, cable and cleaning services of the main living area twice per month. The main living area is defined as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.

During the Thanksgiving and spring breaks, you may occupy your room; however, dining halls are closed during these breaks. 

You are also permitted to stay during the winter break between the Fall and Spring semesters.

Summer 2015

Students may live in Wadsworth Hall for Summer Track A, Summer Track B, or for the Full Summer Session. Students may live in a single room or in a double occupancy room. Students will have an unlimited meal plan, however dining dollars and guest meal passes are not included for the summer.

* Limited space is available for faculty/staff. Faculty/staff are permitted to stay for one temporary contract. Temporary contracts are not renewable and are not transferrable. Visiting scholars and post-docs are normally accommodated in Wadsworth Hall, but can stay temporarily in Daniell Heights for one temporary contract if they have minor children or a partner/spouse and if space is available. Apartment space is very limited for faculty/staff in Daniell Heights.
