Leadership Development Presentations & Workshops

The Center for Diversity and Inclusion meets students where they are. Request a leadership development presentation or workshop, and we'll present it on your time, in your space.

This leadership presentation series aims to give personalized presentations to student organizations by request. Students may request presentations, workshops, and retreats. 

Please complete the following request form at least three weeks prior to your proposed date. Presentations may be requested for student organization meetings or work sessions. Presentations may range from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Half and full day retreats are available.

Each presentation is personalized to fit the goals or mission of the person or organization making the request. There are a variety of topics available, but if there is a topic not listed, please enter in the topic of interest!

LeaderShape Institute

The LeaderShape® Institute is an intensive weeklong leadership development experience that is designed to help young leaders learn to “lead with integrity.” This highly interactive and energizing program provides the tools for individuals to:

  • Act consistently with core ethical values, personal values, and convictions
  • Develop and enrich relationships
  • Respect the dignity and contribution of all people
  • Believe in a healthy disregard for the impossible
  • Produce extraordinary results
