Graduated 1954 with BS in Metallurgical Engineering Along with classmate Geraldine Robbins, they were the second and third female graduates of the department. Lilian Beck ’47 was first. Spent 28 years with Boeing Company, retiring in 1988, as lead engineer in the quality assurance lab.
Married to Arnold Raisanen who also retired from Boeing Company. Both are enjoying retirement in Long Beach, Washington, but frequently visit the U.P. in the summer months.
