Delta Sig's (Delrue, Putt, Boyer)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Cumin
  • 1 medium onion
  • ½ of 16 oz. jar yellow chilies with juice
  • 24 large eggs approx.
  • Assortment of freshly chopped hot peppers

Directions

Boil everything except eggs for an hour, then toss boiled contents on the hard-boiled eggs and refrigerate for a few weeks or until you can't stand waiting anymore.
