Community Outreach

Computer science students and faculty are engaged in a variety of outreach activities. Copper Country Coders teaches area youth about programming and how computer science fits in with life and career. Building Adult Skills in Computing (BASIC) teaches adults about how to use computers. And Women in Computer Science (WiCS) supports and educates young women in the computing disciplines.
