Panama, Panama City—Study Abroad

This program is offered through International Studies Abroad (ISA) at Florida State University- Panama. 

The Republic of Panama is home to one of the seven wonders of the modern world, the Panama Canal. With constant transportation of international commerce and culture, a rich history as a Spanish colony and well preserved indigenous societies, Panama is a truly diverse and up and coming nation. It is also known for its immense biodiversity, lengthy coastlines running along both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, and the robust tropical rainforests, mountain ranges and rivers in the interior. Panama's capital, Panama City, is one of the most bustling and international cities in Latin American, characterized by its spectacular skyline overlooking Patilla Bay on the Pacific coast. This unique and hospitable atmosphere make Panama an ideal location for international learning.
