Newcastle, England—Study Abroad

This program is offered through International Studies Abroad (ISA) at Newcastle University.

Newcastle, voted the best student city in all of England, is located in northeast England along the Tyne River. The city is a cultural hub as students from around the globe converge in this town and find themselves engulfed in a truly British experience. With easy access to the surrounding landscape as well as the rest of England and Europe, Newcastle is a great place for students to integrate themselves into the local culture.

Whether you are a sports fan, history buff, or cultural enthusiast Newcastle offers a little bit of something for everyone. Students can explore the English countryside (one of the country's best kept secrets), enjoy the local music scene, or take in the sights of the impressive city architecture built around the Castle.
