Luleå is a city of contrasts. Summer is bright, warm and pleasant. It is a time when skis and snowboards are ex-changed for bikinis and wakeboards. At sidewalk cafés, people gather to relax and enjoy the Midnight Sun and Sweden’s sunniest summer. The city of Luleå has so much to offer. You’ll discover an exciting culture and entertainment scene, and if you’re into sports, you can watch national league ice hockey and basketball right here in Luleå.
Over 200 undergraduate courses are offered in English at Luleå University of Technology in the fields of engineering, business administration, music and education, however, students with sufficient knowledge of Swedish are welcome to take any suitable course. Swedish language courses are also offered.
