
Michigan Tech has an exchange student agreement with the Ecole Nationale Superieure Del' Electronique (ENSEA). ENSEA: a graduate school in electrical engineering, computer science and telecommunications, close to Paris. Industry and government have long recognised ENSEA as one of the top French schools in electrical engineering. It forms a system of 200 elite institutions, the "Grandes Ecoles", which constitute the apex of the graduate education system in France.
With 185,000 inhabitants, Cergy-Pontoise is a vibrant community offering a host of cultural, sporting and leisure activities. Set in a natural environment characterised by the ‘blue’ of the Oise river and the ‘green’ of the many parks & gardens, the city entices visitors with a rich heritage of historic sites and modern architectural designs.
