Booth Registration Fee:

  • $55 licensed businesses
  • $15 student or individual food
  • $10 student or individual craft/art

Napkins and plastic utensils will be provided

Food Booths

All food booths are required to do/have the following items:

  • If you will be selling food, you are required to attend ONE of the following mandatory food training sessions in the Memorial Union Building (MUB) Keweenaw Commons. Failure to attend a food training session will result in canceling your food booth reservation.
    • The sessions begin at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, August 31, and Wednesday, September 7.
  • Gloves (provided if you use Michigan Tech kitchens)
  • Thermometer (provided if you use Michigan Tech kitchens)
  • Temporary Food Establishment license may be needed—attend the Food Training Sessions to find out
  • Detailed menu listing ingredients of all food served—email it to Bob Wence rjwenc@mtu.edu

Warning If you are planning to sell food and are not a restaurant, you are required to attend ONE of the mandatory food training sessions. Failure to attend one of the mandatory food training session will result in canceling your food booth reservation.
