Husky Hour

Our staff is excited to reintroduce Husky Hour for the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters! Join our counselors, student staff, and other university faculty and staff in discussing topics relevant to student well-being, mental health, and student life. Come learn, ask questions, and offer your perspective as a student during each session. We can't wait to see you there!

Husky Hour is a series of scheduled presentations and activities about mental health and well-being topics. Each session will supply you with different skills and information about improving your well-being.
