    • This report identifies students who are active for a given term within the specified major, level and class.
  • SYGDEP002 - Graduation Report by Major
    • This report identifies students who are active for a given term within the specified major, level and expected grad term. The student's primary major 1 on their general student record must be the same on the student's degree services record.
  • SYGDEP003 - Enrolled in Primary Major Only
    • This report identifies students who are active for a given term within the specified major and level. This report only looks for the specified major in the primary major 1 field.
  • SYGDEP004 - Graduation Report by Primary Major
    • This report identifies students who are active for a given term within the specified major and level. This report only looks at the primary major 1 field. The report also lists the students department GPA (or GPA's if they have a secondary major.)
  • SYGDEP005 – Live at Same Address
    • This report identifies active students that live at the same mailing address
  • SYGDEP006 - Enrolled in Major and Minor
    • This report identifies active students in a given level, major and or minor, and term.
  • SYGDEP007 - New Students with Home Address
    • This report identifies active undergraduate students who are first-time freshman or transfer students for the given term and major.
  • SYGDEP008 - Prompt for GPA by Dept
    • This report identifies active students for the given term, major, level and class with a minimum specified GPA
  • SYGDEP009 - First-Time Freshman and Transfer Students with Reading or English ACT <=19 with Paid Deposits
    • This report identifies active first-time freshman for a given term who have paid their enrollment deposit and have an English ACT or Reading ACT or 19 or below.
  • SYGDEP009a – First Year and Transfer International Students with English/Reading ACT <=19
    • This report identifies active first-time international freshman for a given term who have paid their enrollment deposit and have an English ACT or Reading ACT or 19 or below.

    • This report identifies active students by gender for a given major and term.
