Meeting in the Middle

College is a place of learning, a place of growth. But it’s also an inherently social place, with contacts being built up and issue thought through thanks to the unique assembly of so many people in such a small space.

Our campus is unique—it’s sort of long and thin for the most part, so the entire spine of the main part of campus is a kind of meeting place. From the husky statue to the front of the MUB, there always seems to be a pack of people around.

I found this shot of the MUB from a number of years back while poking through the files. What do you remember of this building that has hosted so many of us? What did you meet up there to do?
