Tanner Kero ’15 was featured in the blackhawkup.com article “AHLers Will Be Key in 2016-17,” by Sean Fitzgerald.

The article states Kero is a player “the Blackhawks could call upon.” Kero was called up to the Blackhawks from the AHL’s Rockford IceHogs early last season. In his 17 games with the big club Kero, from Hancock, had a goal and two assists and saw time on multiple lines and the penalty kill. In Rockford, Kero had 20 goals and 19 assists in 60 games.
