Michigan Tech is not only home to some of the world’s top researchers, but to world-class musicians as well.

At Michigan Tech, Curtis Fortier earned a BS and MS in mechanical engineering. But
      it was involvement with the improvisational comedy team The Troupe that set him on
      his eventual career path. Today, Fortier is working steadily as an entertainer, actor
      and stand-up comic in Los Angeles.
