Whether your assets are few or many and no matter how young or old you are, it is important to have an estate plan to protect yourself, your assets, and those you love. Without proper documents, those decisions will be left to the state.

He will talk about practical documents like powers of attorney and revocable trusts. He will share stories contrasting plans gone wrong, other plans that are sound, as well as touch on current tax issues and tax-saving techniques.
