Residence Hall Contract Renewal for Current Students

Room and board rates for 2021-2022 have not yet been approved by the Board of Trustees. Any increase in rates is not expected to exceed 5%. Final rates are expected following the last Board of Trustees meeting of the Spring 2021 semester.

If you are receiving support through loans, grants, scholarships, parental support, or other means, please discus your housing plans with the appropriate people before you sign this University housing contract or any legally binding housing contract. A University housing contract cannot be used as a “back up plan” in case you do not find other housing off campus instead.
