I began my geophysical career in 2002 as a Bachelor at China University of Petroleum (Huadong). In 2006, I started my Master degree in Geophysics at Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2009 I joined an industry supported consortium (AASPI) at the University of Oklahoma as a PhD. student in Geophysics. In 2014, I joined Michigan Technological University as a visiting assistant professor. My current research activity includes broadband seismic data processing, reflection tomography velocity analysis, development and calibration of new seismic attributes, pattern recognition of geologic features on 3D seismic data.
