The Administration Strategic Goals Check-in Cycle is a PDCA (plan–do–check–act or plan–do–check–adjust) strategy to staying on our way to accomplishing our Administration-wide plan to:

How the Cycle Works
With regular check-in and a simple process to report-up the accomplishments, plans, ideas, and actions of the staff within Administration, we are able to collect data from across the different units to feed into various conversations about the Strategic Goals and milestones.
