The Undergraduate Student Government (USG) is the representative voice of Michigan Tech’s undergraduate student body. USG takes pride in providing solutions to student issues and has seven devoted committees that work rigorously to help students on campus. USG consists of six representatives from each class—firstyear, sophomore, junior, and senior; as well as a four-person executive board, all of whom are selected by votes taken from the student body. USG allocates the Student Activity Fee to student organizations across campus and provides a variety of other student services. USG meetings are every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the MUB Ballroom. Feel free to attend these meetings or to stop by the USG office with a student issue and talk to your elected representatives.
