Plan: Letter of Intent Project Title:
Enhance Residential & Community Campus Life by Dialogue & Debate
on National & International Issues Abstract:
Project focuses on enhancing campus life by sponsoring a mini-conference,
debate, or speaker series addressing issues of national and international
concern. Success of the project will be measured by changes in students'
attitudes on social issues on the CIRP (Cooperative Institutional Research
Project) administered to incoming freshmen compared with attitudes on
