Plan: Letter of Intent Project Title:
Developing, Retaining and Valuing our Institutional Leaders Abstract:
Our greatest resource at Michgian Tech is our people. We will provide
fundamental professional development opportunities for those who are new
to supervisory positions. We will enhance the skills of our current supervisors
and leaders by providing advanced learning opportuntities. Our seasoned
leaders will be used as resources in development and delivery. The program
will include regular networking opportunities and the establishment of
a Supervisor Mentoring Program. Sessions will be delivered by a combination
of Michigan Tech talent and external experts. Project Leader
