Worklife Programs Advisory Committee


The WorkLife Advisory Committee (WLAC) is charged with providing recommendations to the university intended to enhance the quality of work-life integration for Michigan Tech employees. Specifically, the WLAC administers and/or reviews workplace quality surveys to identify key areas of work-life blending that the University should focus resources, pilots and provides report-outs of various programs to support work-life blending, and provides guidance and recommendations on University policies to ensure support for work-life integration. Occasionally, the WLAC serves to oversee ad-hoc task force support for related project work.
