3.  Plan to complete all enrolled students and any returning students
There are currently three student cohorts in the Pavlis Institute Certificate in Global Technological Leadership program:

➢ Senior Cohort Admitted Fall 2012 – 12 students will complete the certificate program in either
Fall 2015 or Spring 2016
➢ Junior Cohort Admitted Fall 2013 – 25 students who will complete the certificate program in
Spring 2017
➢ Sophomore Cohort Admitted Fall 2014 – 30 students who will complete the certificate program in
Spring 2018 (note, it is possible for these students to complete the program under the proposed
Global Technological Leadership Minor, if the Minor is in place as of Fall 2016).

4. Rationale for Shelving of Certificate
The certificate is being changed to a Minor per university requirements (reference proposal for Minor in Global Technological Leadership to start Fall 2016).

5.  Financial Impact to Department/University
There is no anticipated financial impact to the department/university, assuming the conversion to a Minor in Global Technological Leadership is approved.
