Graduation is the culmination of your college education. However, the Registrar’s Office needs to have all of the correct information from you, in order for you to graduate.
Students are required to complete a graduation application for each undergraduate degree being pursued.
Students are required to complete a certificate application for each undergraduate certificate being pursued.
Candidates for graduation and participating in commencement must purchase a cap, gown, and tassel. Caps and gowns should only be ordered during the semester of the participating ceremony term.
Commencement instructions and information can be found online. Instructions for MS and PhD graduates, information about the commencement speaker, president's reception, requirements, and the seating chart will become available as commencement approaches.
Diplomas are mailed to the address on your graduation application. You may also order additional copies of your diploma. For students not attending a commencement ceremony, diploma covers may be picked up from the Student Service Center in the Administration Building, starting two weeks before the end of the semester.
NOTE: Diploma covers will not be mailed.
