Curriculum Add/Drop for Advisors

Undergraduate students considering changing their major should contact their advisor and the prospective major department for information regarding admission requirements to the department. To make the change, a student must complete the Curriculum Add/Drop form.

The form must be signed by the academic advisor of the intended department and submitted to the Registrar's Office before Wednesday of the second week of instruction to be effective for that semester. Major changes received after that time will be effective for the following semester.
