New Sharon Avenue site will provide better access to museum patrons

MindTrekkers, a traveling science road show produced by Youth Programs at Michigan Tech, will share some of the stranger mysteries of science with hundreds of thousands of visitors to the first USA Science and Engineering Expo Oct. 23-24 on the National Mall.  It is one of two Tech exhibits invited to the Expo in Washington, DC.

Michigan Tech was invited to bring two hands-on science education exhibits to the first USA Science & Engineering Expo in Washington, DC.  The University's NSF-funded PIRE (Partnership for International Research and Education) program is demonstrating some of the tools they use to monitor volcanoes, and MindTrekkers brings Youth Programs' hands-on science show to the two-day public celebration on the National Mall in DC.
