Web Chat or Instant Messaging
Both web chat and four other IM services are available during library research help hours and work best for getting quick answers to brief, factual questions.
Email can work well for brief, factual questions. If your question is more complicated, please phone the librarians at 487-2507 or come in and ask for a librarian at the Library and IT Service Center. We respond to requests within 24 hours (Monday- Friday 9am-5pm). Send us an email request.
