User Services

What we do

IT User Services provides first-level support to the University community in their use of information technology. We provide walk-in, phone, remote, and on-site support to students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University. It's our role to make sure our customers can connect to and use the technologies they need in their academic and administrative pursuits at Michigan Tech.

The User Services staff is committed to providing excellent customer service and to working quickly to resolve technology issues as they arise.
