Service Management

What we do

IT Service Management provides first-level information technology support to the University community. We provide self-service, walk-in, phone, remote, and on-site support to students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University. It is our role to assist customers so that they can connect to and use Michigan Tech technologies.

We also provide services to the rest of Michigan Tech IT, including incident management and request fulfillment, service catalog management, communications processes, project management and process improvement expertise.
